Thank you for letting me see your Ms. entitled "The Concept of Responsibility."  I appreciate, also, Dr. Strecker's suggesting that you send it to me.

It is an excellent paper and very well written.  We have only recently arranged to publish a series of articles that will include Penal Philosophy.  It is expected to cover the subject matter which you so well discuss here. 

With your permission I would keep your Ms. here for three months.  In that time I shall know how things are coming out.  In the mean time, if you should have use for it, and will let me know, I shall return it to you promptly.
