Nine counties in California's San Joaquin Valley participated in the ACCESS program.  They completed assessments in 2001 and are developing action initiatives in 2002.  The ACCESS program website has links to some of the reports and additional information on the program.  ACCESS II is developing multi-county, regional connectivity initiatives.  The Benton Foundation published an article on the project on its Digital Divide Network.
